Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent to enter the fair at any time
To protect everyone's safety and security, we ask that all of our guests follow our rules and policies. Our visitors' safety is our top concern. The property is under jurisdiction of the Anderson County Sheriff's Office and City of Anderson Police Department. At least 12 law enforcement officials will be on the grounds at all times during the fair. For any general fair questions or information, please contact us through this email:

Clear Bag Policy
Only clear bags will be allowed and must not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags and small clutch purses, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are also permitted. Diaper bags and medically necessary items are allowed after proper inspection and tagging. ALL BAGS SUBJECT TO SEARCH. Prohibited items:

Gate Entry Policy
No fair entry allowed Sunday through Thursday after 9:00pm, and Friday and Saturday after 10:00pm.
No re-entry on the same ticket. If you leave for any reason, you will need to purchase another admission ticket.
Lost and Found
If you lost or misplaced a belonging at the fair feel free to call us at 864-915-2976 or email at Info@greatandersoncountyfair.com - Lost and Found is located in the fair office behind the amphitheater stage
COVID-19 Policy
COVID exposure is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present. Guests should only attend after evaluating their own health risks. Purchase of a ticket and entry on to the fairgrounds constitutes your understanding of these risks and your willingness to undertake the risk of exposure.
No Outside Food or Drink
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into the fair. Exceptions may be made for guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies, baby food/formula, and individually wrapped children's snacks.
No Pets
We know you love your pets and we love animals, too - but they are not allowed in the fair (with the exception of service animals). Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.
Photo Policy
Smile! Photo, video and audio may be taken for promotional purposes. By entering the The Great Anderson County Fair, you consent, waive all rights to royalties and release the Great Anderson County Fair of any liability. You agree to your likeness being used, published or reproduced in any and all media which can be used, now or in the future, for any purpose by or in connection with the Great Anderson County Fair.
Soliciting
Soliciting, selling raffle tickets, and posting handbills is strictly prohibited, and is in violation of state statutes and city ordinances.
Smoking
Smoking will only be allowed in the designated smoking areas on the grounds.
